Refund Policy

Digital Software License

UI Calibrator is sold as a one-time digital software license. Because the full functionality is available before purchase through the 8-export Trial, we encourage you to evaluate the tool before buying.

Refund Eligibility

• If the extension does not perform as described and you have not exported significant output after purchase, you may request a refund.
• Refund requests are handled case by case, consistent with applicable consumer-protection law and Creem's Merchant of Record policies.
• Creem processes the payment and, when a refund is approved, returns it through the original payment method according to its processing rules.

How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to uix@mellnx.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
2. Include your License Key or Creem order confirmation number.
3. Describe the issue that prompted the request.

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and aim to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined if the License has been extensively used or if the request is made beyond a reasonable period after purchase. This policy does not override statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
