Refund Policy

Digital Software License

UI Calibrator is sold as a one-time digital software license. Because the full functionality is available before purchase through the 8-export trial, we encourage you to evaluate the tool thoroughly before buying.

Refund Eligibility

• If the extension does not perform as described and you have not exported significant output after purchase, you may request a refund.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, consistent with applicable consumer protection laws and the payment processor's policies.
• Payment processing is handled by our merchant of record. Refunds, when approved, are issued through the same payment method used for purchase.

How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to support@mellnx.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
2. Include your license key or order confirmation number.
3. Describe the issue that prompted the request.

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and aim to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined if the license has been extensively used or if the request is made beyond a reasonable period after purchase. This policy does not override your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
