Terms of Service

Effective date: August 1, 2026

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Mellnx grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use UI Calibrator for your personal or professional front-end development work. The license covers the full feature set of the extension without functional limitations on usage, subject to the activation limit specified in the product listing.

2. Permitted Use

  • Use the extension to calibrate visual elements on web pages you are authorized to access.
  • Export and apply the resulting CSS or JSON in your own projects.
  • Install the extension on multiple browsers and devices within the activation limit.

3. Restrictions

  • Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the extension or your license key.
  • Do not use the extension to access or modify pages without authorization.
  • Do not attempt to bypass the trial or license enforcement mechanisms.

4. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying that exported CSS and JSON are appropriate for your project. UI Calibrator provides visual calibration aids — the output is a starting point, not a guarantee of production-ready layout changes. Always test exported adjustments in your actual project context.

5. Service Availability

UI Calibrator runs entirely in your browser. Core calibration, preview, and export features work offline. License activation and periodic re-validation require an internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the license validation service, but we aim to minimize downtime.

6. No Warranty

UI Calibrator is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that exported adjustments will be directly applicable to all layouts, frameworks, or rendering contexts. Mellnx is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the extension.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mellnx's total liability arising from the use of UI Calibrator shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

8. Termination

Your license remains active as long as you comply with these terms. Mellnx may revoke licenses that violate the restrictions in Section 3. Upon revocation, you must cease using the extension and remove it from your browsers.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the product or legal requirements. The effective date will always be revised. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or this website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
